Appropriate base films (PET, BOPP, CPP, PE, etc.) are selected based on product requirements such as barrier properties, strength, and shelf life.

Printing & Graphics Application
High-precision flexographic or gravure printing is used to apply brand graphics, ensuring colour accuracy, sharp detail, and consistent repeatability.
STEP 3
Lamination & Conversion
Printed films are laminated into multi-layer structures, then slit and converted into finished formats such as pouches, rolls, or sachets.
